At Allay Therapy PLLC, services are currently offered on a private pay basis, and I accept insurance through Headway, a secure platform that checks your benefits and handles all billing directly with your insurance provider. This helps make therapy more accessible and reduces out-of-pocket costs.
Private Pay
Private pay allows for a more personalized and flexible therapy experience, including:
- Greater privacy and confidentiality
- Flexibility in treatment planning and session length
- Therapy guided by your needs, not insurance limitations
Session Fees
- Individual Therapy Session (50–55 minutes): $130
- Initial Intake Session: $150
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available based on need and availability.
Initial Session
The first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying goals for our work together. We may also review relevant history and discuss whether additional assessment or diagnosis is appropriate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
