Services
At Allay Therapy PLLC, we accept private pay as well as select commercial insurance plans. Medicaid credentialing is currently in progress, and I look forward to offering Medicaid-covered services in the near future. To help make therapy more accessible, a limited number of reduced-fee (sliding-scale) appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact the practice to verify insurance coverage or inquire about current availability.
Private Pay
Private pay allows for a more personalized and flexible therapy experience, including:
- Greater privacy and confidentiality
- Flexibility in treatment planning and session length
- Therapy guided by your needs, not insurance limitations
Session Fees
- Individual Therapy Session (50–60 minutes): $130
- Initial Intake Session: $150
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available based on need and availability.
Initial Session
The first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying goals for our work together. We may also review relevant history and discuss whether additional assessment or diagnosis is appropriate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
